Form not found

    I've just created a form, and I'm able to see in "My forms", even I can edit and add fields, but I'm not able to see it in Preview or in a browser. I've got a "Form not found" error

    I checked your form and account, it is working fine, nothing unusual. Here's a screenshot of your working form:

    Can you try re-logging into your account?
