    My form is not working correctly- its not being emailed to me after people fill it out. Please can you help?

    Hi, please can you help. People have been filling out my form but it's not being sent to me for some reason so I don;t get their order. They tell me they have made an order but I can't see it. 

    The thank you for sending message still works so gives the impression that it's sent but it hasn't.

    Hello Sophie,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your email address, sophieswindells@gmail.com is IN our bounce list.

    Results shows;

    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; Host or domain name not found. Name service error

     

    I removed it from the bounce and unsubscribe lists.

     

    In addition to that, to prevent getting you email address back to the amazon suppression list, kindly add the following IP addresses to your mail server's whitelist.

    Hi Beril, thank you for sorting the problem out! I've done some more test submissions and it works. I am trying to add the IP addresses to my mail server but it's saying i'm not able to as I only have a gmail consumer account. Do you know any other ways to do this? Is it necessary to do this as you seem to have sorted out the issue by taking my email address off the bounce list.

    Hello Sophie,

    Thank you for your response. Actually, it is not necessary because I've removed it from our bounce list. In the future, if you have similar problems you can also remove your email address from bounce list on your side.
