This is an annoying issue, How can I fix it.
Also I cant have the information edited via email history, because this area is deleted from it. I just want it to show properly on my submissions page.

That happened because we recently scanned all of our database and we replaced all credit card numbers like this:
I would suggest you to remove Credit card field from your Form. Failure on removing that field may result in automatic suspension of your account when it is detected by our anti-phishing system.

Ah, okay. Thank you. We had it as part of the application process but we will just go back to the old fashion way we were doing it and call or have them come by the office and remove it off the form.
