    Separated fields of date field (Day/Month/Year) are not displayed in the subject line of notification email

    how do I get it to display ddmm for example if the date submitted is 23.09.2016 how do I get it to input 2309 in the subject of the email sent to me.

    So I want it to be   {lastName} ddmm  {seatsRequired

    You may separate the date field by using :day, :month, :year with the field name. However, when I tested it by using {reservationDate5:day} {reservationDate5:month} to the subject line of the notification in the cloned version of your JotForm, I see that the subject line is trimming these fields. But the same fields are working fine when they are placed inside the email notification body.

    Let me test it further and get back to you with any useful information that I may find. Thank you for your patience.

    After testing it further, I see that separated field tags are not being displayed in the subject line of the notification email. I'm forwarding the issue to our backend team to take a look. If there is any update in this regard, you'll be updated here.
