How do I add an image to the email submission form that is returned to me when someone submits the JotForm?

You can easily add an image to the email notification in the Emails wizard. Please refer to the steps below:

1. Click the Emails button in the Form Builder.

2. Hover your mouse in the Notification area and then click the Edit button once it appears.

3. In the Email tab, click the Insert/Edit Image button.

4. Insert the URL of the image you want to put in your form.
