I am unable to deselect any of the products once a box has been checked. I have already changed the options so that the question is not required, nothing is preselected, and multiple selections are allow.
How do I configure this so that my customers can select and deselect products on the form?Page URL:

There is a script in the form that prevents you from unchecking the product items.
I'm not sure how this script has been added in the form, but let me know forward this thread to our developers for them to check further. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
I tried looking this, but can't seem to find so for the meantime, I would suggest re-creating the form.

Weird. I've recreated the form, and the issue seems to be fixed for now.

The problem is being caused by the new wizard. It only occurs when you changed the "selected" or "required" property then change it back to the default behavior.
However, we'd like to inform you that this is now resolved.
Please let us know if you have any other issues or concerns.
