email response form heading is wrong

I have a class - Meditation and Spiritual Inquiry but when someone registers it comes back to them with the heading IntrotoMed, I can't find out to edit this so the registration email response heading is correct.

I tested it and it does come to my email incorrect. Here is the email subject:

Heading on form in the email says:

Introtomed-fall-2016

While editing your form, click on the "Emails" tab, then click on your email notification to edit it:

From there, update the text for the heading of your email and click "Save" when you are finished.

This will update the heading for your email notification.
