Authorize.net payment: Displaying an error that "Transactions of this market type cannot be processed on this system"Asked by CTFTKD on August 22, 2016 at 02:55 PM
I initially set up a sandbox account with Authorize.net. I used the Tournament Credit Card Form to successfully do the testing recommended by Authorize.net in sandbox mode. I then changed the API login and Transaction Key to my "live account". I embedded this form into my Tournament Registration form in an Iframe. I have set up multi payment options including credit cards.
PROBLEM # 1 - When we tried to use the form with the credit card payment option, it gave this message to the person completing the form:Error during transaction
Transactions of this market type cannot be processed on this system.
Please and fix this
PROBLEM # 2 -
Here is what I received when my account was still in "Test Mode" at Authorize.net:
Tournament Credit Card Payment Form
Tournament Competitor (Amount: 42.00 USD) Tournament T-shirts - Adult Sizes (Amount: 20.00 USD, Quantity: 1, T-Shirt Size: S)
Subtotal: 62.00 USD
Shipping: 0.00 USD
Authorization Code: 000000
1600 Old Hwy 18
This is all that came through to me even though they had completed the entire Tournament Registration Form. (This is only the Credit card portion.
