Can I have successful form submissions return a number/code?

    I'd like the user to complete a survey and upon the right answers to the survey, the system to generate a completion number and email notification of the survey and that number to a predesignated group of recipients.

    Before getting too far down the path or upgrading plans I want to make sure I'll be able to do this.

    For more context I plan to use this for a technology deployment.  Technicians will have completed a retrofit.  Site representatives will be asked to fill out the survey to ensure satisfaction.  Upon that occurring and that number being generated they will be released from the site and paid.

    Can I do this or similar with your product?  If so please point me in the right direction in terms of template, etc.

    If you are looking to assign each submission a specific ID number, this can be done using a unique ID widget:

    http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/autoincrement

    This will assign each submission a sequential number.  The starting index can be somewhat customized.
