Can't Log in without saved credentials

Hello, 

I am unable to log into the site from another computer; I am only able to log in from the current computer where the credentials are saved. 

Please advise, thanks!

If you don't remember your password, you can either go to your computer where the password is saved, view the password there. Here's how for Chrome and Firefox:

Or, reset it in our website. 

Please note that you should login using your username instead of the email address.
