Received only 2 fields though the complete registration form is filled

    Here is what I received when my account was still in "Test Mode" at Authorize.net:

    This is all that came through to me even though they had completed the entire Tournament Registration Form. (This is only the Credit card portion.

    I have checked your payment form and see that there are only 2 fields in the form https://www.jotform.us/form/61015463608148. It looks like that you are redirecting to this payment form from the registration form. If the registration form is a different one, you should be receiving the information separately if there is a notification setup in it. Please check and let us know. We will be happy to assist you further.
