Why are my customers credit card numbers not showing up?

Hi! Recently our jot forms have started giving us only the first and last 4 numbers of our customers card numbers

example --> 1111 #### #### 2222 

Any idea why this would be happening/how to fix the problem?

Our terms prohibit collecting credit card info on plain text fields.

It is only possible to collect credit card information without charging it. However a payment integration with any of our available payment processors is needed. Otherwise,  our anti-phishing tool will automatically suspend or disable the account.
