Email notifications are not sending

    Hello,

    I have recently made a form that sends files to a dropbox and simultaneously sends an autoresponder email as confirmation to the client email address, a notification email to my personal email address to make me aware and another notification email to another email address where the details input into the form are laid out so that the job can be carried out.

    My problem is that none of the emails are sending and after testing many times and also changing the preferences to send the emails only if a certain field is filled out, the problem still remains.

    Please may I get assistance on this?

    I have also changed all of the sender emails to noreply@jotform.com after reading about people having similar problems and the problem still persists. The most important notification email is not sending to a hotmail account or showing up in spam either.

    The dropbox receives the files with no issues.

    When i test the form, I do not complete my PayPal transactions. Would this stop the emails from coming through?

    Yes, the email notification wont be sent if payment at Paypal is not completed. 

    If you want to do tests, I suggest changing one of your product prices to 0.01 USD.
