None of my forms' submit buttons are working - they get stuck on 'please wait' for about a minute, and then load as "Bad Gateway 502".
The Autoresponder email is not being sent either, but the submission is recorded on our JotForm page and the Notification 1 email is sent.
Today we made a few changes to our account, including adding a new sender email and upgrading to a Bronze plan - could either of these have affected it?
Please let us know ASAP!

Upgrading should not affect the functionality of the forms. I've reported the problem to our L2 engineers, so hopefully it will be fixed soon
