    Created a form and form cannot be found or disabled.

    Your account has been autosuspended by our phishing detector due to violation of Jotform's terms. Please note that collecting credit card information using plain text fields is strictly prohibited. That is why your account was suspended and the forms were disabled.

    I have now deleted the suspected fields on your form and have removed the suspension on your account.

    If you want to collect credit card information without charging it, you will need to use one of the payment integrations available in Jotform such as Stripe or Authorize.net. Here's a guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.
