I have checked that our email is correct and set up in all places on all forms but nothing is coming through.
I have sent a question four times but no one is getting back to us.
Can you please let us know what is going on, we have been using this system for 4 years and it was working fine but for some reason it has just stopped and we do not know why as we have not done anything differently.

Your email address firstname.lastname@example.org was added to the bounce list, which is why you were not receiving any email notification. I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so you should receive the next email notifications successfully.
