Why signature and Terms and Conditions are not showing on form?

Glitch #2 for this evening. Unfortunately, on all forms that have the terms and conditions sections and signature section, the literature is not showing up.

I checked your URL and I was not able to replicate the error you're describing, I was able to see the signature and Terms And Conditions page as you can see below:

This happened to me a few days ago to.  After about half an hour, it was working again, but have since been having problems sometime submitting forms.

There seems to be a problem with this widget
