I am trying to design a form that allows people to select one to three options at one time. I set up the radio button feature, but I noticed it only allows you to select one radio button at a time. I want viewers to be able to select between one to three radio buttons at once. Other fields will then become visible based on which radio button/s the viewer has selected. I understand the "Conditions" link, but it only seems to work for one radio button at a time, not if viewers want to select multiple radio buttons. What should I do?

I would have advised you to use checkboxes instead have I not seen your form's updated clone. This form seems to work as you intended so I assume all is well on your end.
Do you still need help with any other issues?

Is it possible to do answers utilizing multiple radio buttons? I would use Checkboxes, but there doesn't seem to be an option for Other with Checkboxes...?

Radio button can not be used for multiple selection. That is how it works. You should used Check Box instead, it's designed for multiple selection purpose.
We do not have "other" option for check boxe tool but here's a good workaround for that.
It is possible to use a Hide/Show condition to show the Other text box field only when the Other check box option is selected.
Here's an example condition setup:
Hope this helps. Thanks!
