I am looking to create on online form on our website, similar to on of the forms we have on our jotformpro account now.  However the output email is not laid out in a usable format.

I need to transfer the information gathered into a form that will become a 1 page working production and billing document.

I know that I can add the internal questions and hide them on the web page so that they are available only for internal use, and I am sure I could take the information and upload it into something like a word doc.  However, my issue is i would like this to happen automatically rather then having someone have to launch the creation of the work document.

Any guidance you could provide would be much appreciated.

    Sincerely,

Have you taken a look at JotForm's reports feature? While we do not have an option to dump form results onto a file document (specifically a Word doc), JotForm's grid listing, Excel/CSV, and HTML table reports could provide the same results. The difference is that this "document" cannot be viewed offline.

I remember someone else asking for this same topic. I think there could be a solution that could work exactly as you described, but it might require some programming know-how to properly execute.
