First of all, we are sorry for this inconvenience.
Secondly, when I checked notification e-mail alert, there is only one e-mail address registered which is email@example.com
You could not get notification due to the fact that this e-mail address was in bounce list.Please note that it was removed from that list and you will start to get submission properly.
However, I also suggest you to test your form once again before you proceed.

Where can I remove the adress from bounce list. We have other forms, are those adressses also bounced, b.e.: firstname.lastname@example.org
