The credit card information is coming back to us encrypted

    Good morning,

    Our jot form submissions include a credit card and exp date. Lately, the cc is missing the middle 8 numbers when we retrieve the forms. Can you give us an idea of how to fix that?

    Hello MetropolitanSchoolOfTheArts,

    Unfortunately, you can not use your form to collect credit card information. You can only do that by using our payment integrations on your form - not by asking for that data on a plain field.

    Doing so is against our terms of use and such accounts get suspended. So I should suggest you to remove credit card related fields from your forms.
