I posted this request already but no answer.
The form is published on my website and it's working well. (submission test ok)
But i receive no email, (i checked also in my spam box.)
My email adress is ok, confirmed by your site, and it's not on a bounced list.
What can you do to help me ?

I noticed that there were two emails sent to your email address today. If you are not seeing the said emails, please check your junk mail folder for possibilities that the emails landing there. You can also check your email delivery logs by following the steps from this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
