Actually I just tried to put the URL of the page into the space below and lost the whole completed application form.
All my jpeg images upload to other sites without the slightest hitch. There has to be a very basic problem with your site which renders it a bit on the useless side.

What is the form where the .jpeg files will not upload? You may check if you have not listed that file type in the "Extensions" section: https://www.jotform.com/help/29-Which-file-types-are-allowed-for-the-upload-field
