I need to receive email notifications for 2 of my forms when I receive a submission, for some reason these ones do not send a notification.

I have checked the email address you're using on your forms and it is not in our bounce list.
I found a form that does not have an email notification set up on it:
There is another form where I can see the email address recipient is missing:
I would suggest you to check your forms and verify that there is the correct recipient email address set up, please check that there's an email notification set up too.
Also, if you set up an email recipient address, please test it with a real submission, otherwise if you use the "Test Email" button, the email will be sent to the email address set up in the account.
If after submitting your form you do not receive the email, please check if it in our bounce list, here is the guide: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
If you find it in our bounce list, then removing it should help you to receive emails.
