If I go over my quota and want to upgrade, can submissions not received be retrieved?

    I have been using your free service and having forms submitted every month. It appears I may have gone over my quota and I'm wondering if I upgrade, can the missing forms be retrieved?

    Hello sbrads9792,

    Please note that if your account is over quota, all your forms will be disabled and no one will be able to submit your form. That means there won't be any missing submissions. If account is active, users will be able to submit form and if the account is over quota users will not be able to submit form.

    If you upgrade your account, all your forms will be enabled and users will be able to submit.
