I have checked the log for your account and I can see you were trying to update the form http://www.jotform.me/form/62305126711445
I can see when you tried to update the field "Location of BM Classes" the form was saving, but it did not finish.
Sometimes it happens because you were logged out from your account, but you're still updating the form, I can see you logged out and logged in again, then when you updated the field it saved fine.
