hi my forrm making problem to us... when customers credit card declined...all form going to delete...could you check out our form and please give us feedback...

I checked your form and it looks like you have payment authorization set up in the form. If you Stripe account is setup properly, you should be able to complete the payments from your Stripe account. Whether or not the credit card is declined, the form data that was collected with the payment authorization should remain.
There are many fields in your form that are not required to be filled in, setting those fields to required will force them to be filled before the form can be submitted.
