Form Compatibility with IE Version 11

We have two forms that are located on two different pages on our website.  When I view the forms in IE version 11, they look right to me.  However, when customers at a specific company view the same forms in IE version 11, the fields appear out-of-line.  (The address block appears alongside the phone number and email fields instead of being beneath them.)  This company only uses IE as its browser so we don't have any other options.  I appreciate your guidance.

I cannot reproduce the issue on my side.

However, there is a chance that something is wrong with the shrunken fields. I would like to suggest expanding the fields to see if that helps.
