I am trying to set up a "save for later" section to my JotForm.

I have set up the Auto Responder, but when I do a test run on the form,  nothing different shows up to allow me to save my progress.  I also checked my email to see if anything was send by the Auto-Responder notifying me that I have an unfinished JotForm submission.

This is the only item keeping me from sending this form to hundreds of clients.  Please let me know what I need to do differently.

    Thank you,

I am not quite clear what you are looking for.  Are you trying to allow users to update their submission data at a later time:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Or use the "Save and Continue Later" feature:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

If it is neither of those, let us know a bit more detail regarding what you are trying to set up and we will be happy to help.

Save and continue requires two forms.  One for sending the session to start and the main form with save and continue enabled.  If you wouldn't mind letting us know which two forms you have set up, we will be happy to have a look.

Here is the link to the form. Right now it is a test form that we would like to be able to customize for our clients. We are an insurance brokerage firm and this would replace a paper enrollment form for potentially hundreds of employees.

I am worried that an employee would start filling out the form and either not have all of the info they needed to complete it or if they lost the connection for some reason would not have to start all over agin.

Thank you so much for your assistance. This is the last item I need to launch this!

The save and continue method you are referring to would require a second form to be set up for the session ID to be sent.  From the guide:

Form 1 : The first form where the user will need to fill out the name and email field. The session URL will be created here and we will use the email field as the session ID.

This is the form where the link to continue the form later will be sent from and the form where your users would start.  Follow the steps for setting up that form and linking it to your application form.
