Why my account is disabled?

    Hi Jotform Team,

     

    We are getting the infamous "Form Disabled" error across ALL of our forms! 

    I'm not certain why this happened or what triggered it.

    Please look into our account and verify that we have followed all terms and conditions.

    We would like to have all of our forms turned back on at your earliest convenience.

    I checked your account and it was auto suspended because of our anti-phishing system that detects phishing forms and deactivates the accounts.

    I checked the suspicious form, the problem is the name you are using in it 'Cheat sheet'. I checked the form thoroughly and confirmed that it is not used for suspicious activities or phishing so I reactivated your account.

    You should consider though to possibly change the name in that form.
