Form submission data is still encrypted after disabling form encryption

I originally set up the form to be encrypted however couldn't figure out how to use the encryption key so I removed encryption from the form but the data is still encrypted on the submissions page.  How can I fix?

Since these form submissions are received while the form was encrypted, the data will remain encrypted. It is required to supply the private key generated while creating the form in order to view these encrypted form submissions. The new submissions after disabling the form encryption will be received normally and you should be able to view them without any issue.
