Why my account is disabled?

All of my jotforms are showing up as 404 errors. Even when I am in Jotform editor and hit preview I get the 404.

Is there something wrong with my acct or is this on your end?

I checked your account and your forms and I saw that your account was auto-suspended. It was most probably because our anti-phishing system 'thought' that your forms are suspicious.

I reviewed your forms and I confirmed that they are not used for phishing activities so I reactivated your account.
