Please i need some big help !!
When I do the extraction of the formulaire on exel I have, for example, on line 12 of exel the number 12 for the enrollment, but on line 13 of exel i have the number 15 for the enrollment. The 13 and 14 have dissapeared ! There´s not a sequence in the numbers and i really need it !! What do I need to do to solve this problem ?

Yes, this is happening when someone enters wrong captcha. The user is asked to enter it correctly. At that point, they either leave the form, or they cannot pass it because they are spam bot. Since they might complete the submission, an ID is created for them.
You should just ignore those entries. There is nothing you can do to fix it.
