why can not i recibe the notification when i send a form?

i cant recibe the notification when i send a form. Before it did but now NOT, do you know why?

I checked our records for the address in your form and the notification emails do look to be sent successfully:

Check your spam/junk mail folders to ensure they are not being filtered there.  As far as I can tell, the emails should be arriving at your address.
