You seem to have manually completed the submissions from the incomplete payment section. Please note that completing incomplete payment list won't process any payment through Paypal. That simply means you are completing the submission to include it in the submissions list.
You are collecting payment as a donation in the form. Once someone completed the payment, you should receive an email from Paypal about that and an email from your form. If you receive an email from Paypal, you should see the amount in your Paypal dashboard. If not, that means no payment has been completed. I would suggest asking your clients to check if they receive a confirmation from Paypal for their payment.
