    Recently stopped receiving form submissions

    This form was sending submissions to the specified email address with no problems until this week. We haven't changed any of the settings on the form in a while, so we are pretty sure that we didn't cause the form to stop sending.

    That is because your email address has been placed in our bounce list. 

    f****ce@bn****sites.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : Complain about message from AmazonSES

     

    I've fixed this to our end but to prevent this from happening again in the future, we recommend doing the following:

    1. Use noreply@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com as your sender email.

    2. Add both noreply@ to your safe sender or contact list.

    3. Whitelist Jotform, this is very important. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
