This form was sending submissions to the specified email address with no problems until this week. We haven't changed any of the settings on the form in a while, so we are pretty sure that we didn't cause the form to stop sending.Page URL:

That is because your email address has been placed in our bounce list.
f****ce@bn****sites.com is IN the bounce list

I've fixed this to our end but to prevent this from happening again in the future, we recommend doing the following:
2. Add both noreply@ to your safe sender or contact list.
3. Whitelist Jotform, this is very important. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
