I have had people tell me that they have signed up but we can't see submissions and we do not get push notifications on our mobile app.
Our other events are working great. Any suggestions? This is usually a big event and this is how we sign up vendors to participate. Some are asking me if they are in and I need to reply. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What I noticed is that all of the submissions for that form landed in the incomplete submissions list. You can view this list by selecting your form > click the Submissions button on top, and on the next page, click Incomplete Payments
If they have made a complete submission, normally, you should also receive payment confirmation emails from PayPal. But if not, please check your PayPal account also for payments received. If there is none, then they only made a submission but did not make a payment.
