Can I send a (bulk) email this year to all participants from last years event submissions?

You can use the JotForm Email Newsletters App to send an email to all the users who made a submission to your form. Please note that you will need to have an SMTP account to use the newsletter app. Simply follow this guide on how to setup the email newsletter app.
