In my form, the customer needs to upload some photos. I was able to upload those pictures to Dropbox on a jpg. but now when I upload the form to Dropbox I can not get the jpg, only the form in a pdf. Thank You!

I cloned your form and integrated it with my dropbox account. I sent a submission to that clone and it looks like the images were sent successfully to the dropbox folder.
Are you still unable to receive the photos to your dropbox folder? If so, please remove the current integration and re-integrate it again to your dropbox.
Please let us know if the issue still persists.
