Can we modify conversion rate in payment integration?

    Hello,

My name is Dmitri. I've been using JF for a long time and have been very happy with it.

Currently, on my website, artsocket.com there's a checkout/payment form that I use Stripe with. However, I've noticed that it has an awful conversion rate.

I'm wondering if I can help it using JotForm (perhaps replacing the current form with a better, more seamless design with JotForm).

You guys have obviously had much more experience with this than I so I would like to hear your advice before I start spending a lot of my time building another interface.

    Best regards,

    -d.

If I understood you right, you would like to do something with your form since Stripe payment have bad conversion rate?

Unfortunately, we don't have control over payment integration, information is entered and sent to payment that do the rest of the job, conversion, charging etc.

Maybe you can change payment integration, if that could work for you.

If we can help you in any way from the JotForm's side please let us know.

And if I misunderstood your problem my apologies.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hey there, Dmitri again.

What I meant is that I'm interested in running an experiment on my site. My experiment would be using JotForm as a payment processor instead of Stripe.

If I understand correctly, JF can accept credit cards through PayPal and/or other banks. Is it difficult to integrate, how much can I customize it and where can I begin?

Hello Dmitri, thank you for getting back to us.

Yes that is correct, yo can use JotForm to process payments. Be mindful that actual payment processing will happen on Payment processor's side. Jotform acts like a bridge between your client and Payment processor. But all information goes directly to the Payment processor.

So you can use any of the payments including PayPal. And here is the list of the payments and how to integrate with them: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

It is quite simple to use them, but if you need any assistance please let us know, we'll be glad to help.

So I would advise you to start with that link and if you need to do any changes please let us know so we can guide you in the right way.

    Thank you!
