How to hide Back button on the last page of my form?

Hi all, I'm trying to achieve the same result - having the Back button appear below the Preview Answer button. Unfortunately. I'm not having much luck with it. 

This is what it looks like in the back end.

And this is what it looks like on the front end.

As you can see, only the Back button is visible. The Preview button isn't showing.

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

If I understood you correctly, you want to hide Back button from the last page of your form. 

To achieve that, inside of your Form Builder you need to set Visibility of back button that is bellow submit button to Hidden.

Or, considering that first back button on your form is already hidden and there is no other pages after submit button, you can remove last page break on your form.
