    Is there a way to re-generate auto responder emails?

    I changed the info that I want included in the autoresponder emails to include an email address in the auto-fill link.  Is there a way to re-generate those emails to send out to everyone who has registered, so that the new information is included in the auto-fill link?

    It works like this:  A person registers to swim.  The auto responder generates a link with the swimmer's name and email in it.  The swimmer sends this link to people to ask them to pledge.  The pledger clicks on the link, and it auto fills the swimmer's name and puts their email in a hidden field.  When the pledger submits the form, the swimmer receives an email letting them know that someone has pledged in their name.

    However, everyone who registered before yesterday did not have the email address in their auto-fill link.  Can I regenerate those links without using up more of my form submissions?

    Hi jolizzy1,

    You are correct, if you edit the submissions and re-submit them to apply the new auto-fill link for those that don't have them -- this will add count on your form submissions.

    Can't you just E-mail those registrant instead using your own email?
    Compose an email similar to your auto-responder email and send them to those list of registrants in the submission report that doesn't have the auto-fill link. Just explain why you are resending it to them...
