Can I transfer a form to another user?

Hi,

 

I have a form in my account that I would like to "give" to another user. It has been suggested by one of your colleagues that I could change the email address to which my account is registered to her email address, however that won't work as I have other forms on my account which I wish to continue using. Is it possible to transfer just the single form?
