Why I can't add the form to Facebook?

Hi 

I am trying to add a form to facebook 

I go to the platform/facebook option to add the form to my facebook page 

i select the add jotform tab but nothing happens

no box opens for me to enter my facebook login

I checked Facebook integration and it is working fine for me.

Probably your browser blocked the pop up:

Did you try from a different browser by any chance?

Also, you can manage pop ups in Chrome by using this link: 

chrome://settings/contentExceptions#popups

If the issue persists, please let us know.
