I'm seeing you have performed the GET MORE tasks and racked up your limit from 100 to 170. Your account indeed shows as overlimit when I checked it.
Perhaps you performed the said tasks after your account went over quota. However, if that's not the case, please tell us when you performed the GET MORE tasks (date and time preferably) and when your account went overlimit.
For the time being, I have manually reactivated your account so you should now be able to continue using your forms. You can always monitor your usage from this page https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/usage in case you want to check if you're nearing your limit.
