How to generate a report

I also need a more organized way to run a report which basically shows each game and time slots filled.  I'm new to this but I understand technical directions fairly well.  

You can generate a variety of reports for your form submissions so choosing one will be solely upon your discretion.

If your aim is to post the report itself on your website (in a way to visually inform your visitors which game and timeslots were filled), then I highly recommend either the Grid Listing or HTML Table Listing report. On the other hand, if it's something that needs to be viewed internally by you (the account owner) or your colleagues, then you can use the other reports listed on the link below.
