I would like to be able to visual separate the questions in columns on a form

Asked by BClifton305 on April 11, 2012 at 10:35 PM

I would like to be able to visual separate the questions in columns on a page or put them side by side. Possible?

This is a re-post of a comment on How Can I Change Spacing Between Questions?

You can place the questions in your form side by side by Shrinking them.  To do this open your form for edit then click on the form field and click on Settings (gear icon) and select Shrink. Altertnatively you can simply right click on the field then choose Shrink.

Let us know if you need anything else.

This report does not come up for many users in the same domain as I am. It loads the page and puts the grid up but no data in the grid appears after it attempts to load for awhile

I was able to reproduce this problem in Internet Explorer. The issue has been forwarded to our Development Team. In the meantime, you can use any other browser to check the report.

Thank you for using our services.

This form is not sending the Notification email to the appropriate group. The Rep Confirmation email is going out (See Above). I have this form with conditions that if the customer number starts with 0-9 then it should send this to accounting@it1.com via the Notification email.

I also believe it could be because as I have made changes to the form the old form sticks in there IE Browser.

I may also have something to do with IE9. Is this possible. I tested this form and clicked the install on-site checkbox and some test information that it never made it to the service desk. I included a link with variables

It is better to stick with one question/problem per thread.

This form is not sending the Notification email to the appropriate group. The Rep Confirmation email is going out (See Above). I have this form with conditions that if the customer number starts with 0-9 then it should send this to accounting@it1.com via the Notification email.

I have placed the answer in the following thread:

    Conditional Notification Email Problem

I may also have something to do with IE9. Is this possible. I tested this form and clicked the install on-site checkbox and some test information that it never made it to the service desk. I included a link with variables

Is this form supposed to be integrated with your service desk? Please create a separate thread about your IE problem, and provide as much information as possible about this problem. Then, we will be able to proceed with the further investigation.

    Thank you for cooperation.

None of my conditional email components are working and For some reason I cannot select the form type (“Then Send”) to email out. This is causing these conditional emails to go out on every submission
