Email alert not working

    Usually the recipients specified under notifier emails get an email whenever a form is filled out. This is not working on the NAC Roundup Reservation form or the CP Accountability RSVP.Please advise.

    I've checked your forms and found out that both of your email recipients (fina*****.sec@****villealumnae.com) and (christmas.*****@****villealumnae.com) are in the bounce list. This is the reason you're not getting email submissions.

    I have removed both of the email recipients from the bounce list. Both of them can now received emails from JotForm. You can learn more on how to address concerns for emails landing in the bounce list from this guide: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
