How to set a deadline and get notified when the time is over?Asked by albertomendoza on August 24, 2016 at 11:22 AM
tengo un formulario en el cual envío trabajo a mis compañeros, les doy fecha y terminación, pero necesito que el formulario me avisé cuando el tiempo que les doy se terminó, abra algún campo que me sirva.
Although you cannot get notified when a form is disabled, you can set a limit, so if you set an specific date then the form will be disabled, here is a guide that will help you with that: How-to-limit-submissions-in-a-form
The only difference with what you're looking for is that there's not a notification to indicate you that the form has been disabled, if you want we may open a feature request for this.
Beside that, we have some timer widgets that may help you with that too, here are the links so you can give them a try:
The last widget allows you to disabled it or submit the form as it is.
This guide will help you to add the widget to your form: How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
