Do you mean Authorize.net questions you if we are secure? We are secure and we can guarantee you that. I am sure they know that you are integrating Jotform with Authorize.net and we don't process the payments, they do it for you. 

You can see that we using HTTPS protocol and we don't store credit card details in our system. The credit card fields in your form are only used for payments.
